Apple’s New 15-Floor Massive Store In Bengaluru

Apple inaugurated its expansive new office in Bengaluru, often referred to as India’s Silicon Valley, on January 17. Nestled on Cubbon Road in Minsk Square, this 15-floor architectural marvel occupies a prominent location. Boasting the capacity to accommodate 1,200 employees and providing parking for 740 cars, the office is designed for functionality and sustainability.

The state-of-the-art facility includes dedicated lab spaces, collaborative zones, and the iconic Caffe Macs. Notably, the entire office operates on 100% renewable energy, aligning with Apple’s commitment to environmental responsibility. The company aims for a Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) rating, the highest level of LEED certification.

The interiors of the office are a testament to Apple’s dedication to sustainability, featuring native plants, locally sourced wood, stone, and fabrics adorning the walls and flooring. Located near the Cubbon Park Metro station, the office ensures convenient commuting for its officials.

In a noteworthy feat, Apple’s Bengaluru unit stands out as carbon-neutral among all its corporate offices globally. The LEED Platinum-rated office combines cutting-edge technology with eco-friendly practices, marking a significant stride towards a greener and more sustainable future.
